Wedding at Redhouse Barn in Stoke Prior, Worcestershire

We had the pleasure of being chosen as Michelle and Gary’s Worcestershire wedding photographer’s at Redhouse Barn recently, they were looking for a documentary wedding photographer in order to capture a relaxed and natural look, which was perfect for us as this is exactly how we like to photograph weddings!

The couple live in Dubai, which made it impossible for us to meet in person until the day of their wedding, so we had to communicate via Skype to make all the arrangements.

We arrived early in the morning of Michelle and Gary’s big day at Redhouse Barn, where we were made very welcome by the family and all of the staff. Photographs were taken of the wedding preparations, of Michelle in a room at Redhouse Barn with her close family and of Gary at a hotel nearby, we normally have two wedding photographers on hand (myself and my wife) so that the opportunity is there to photographically document both the bride and the groom’s day.

The civil wedding ceremony was held in the brick barn at Redhouse barn, then afterwards a drinks reception was held in the gardens, giving an ideal opportunity to take some family/group photo’s, and some stunning portraits of the happy couple together wandering through the beautiful gardens, the weather was fantastic, absolutely perfect for a Midlands Wedding Photographer.

Michelle and Gary continued with their celebrations into the evening starting the party off with the traditional first dance, friends and family shortly followed and the night became full of fun, happiness and laughter.

We have more weddings coming up this year and next year at Redhouse Barn, that we most definitely look forward to, it really is a beautiful venue, a delight for Wedding Photographers Midlands!
