Eastnor Castle wedding photographer Herefordshire, West Midlands – Sarah + Dean

Wedding season – summer

Venue – Eastnor Castle

I have been fortunate to be asked to be the Eastnor Castle wedding photographer many times in the past, so as you would expect I have come to know the venue very well, however our clients still surprise us with their unique and personal touches that they bring to their special day. Eastnor Castle is a very grand stately home set within 5000 acres of a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, overlooked by the Malvern Hills this venue makes the perfect backdrop for a Herefordshire wedding photographer.

We attend many wedding fayres up and down the country and it was at a fayre in Herefordshire that we met Sarah and Dean who were looking for a Midlands Wedding photographer. We learnt that the couple had been looking for a grand traditional setting for their wedding and had decided that Eastnor Castle would be the perfect venue for their reception and that the nearby Ledbury Parish Church (St Michael & All Angels) would be the place for their wedding ceremony, they had also chosen Eastnor Castle for a photography session a few weeks prior to their wedding day for special engagement photo’s, this session is a great opportunity for couples to get to know us and it helps them to feel more comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera when the day comes to make their marriage vows. Here is the link to the engagement session – Eastnor Castle engagement session.

The big day arrived for Sarah and Dean, so we made sure that we were at Eastnor Castle early to photograph the wedding preparations, when the time came to make way to Ledbury Parish Church there was a beautiful white horse drawn carriage waiting for Sarah in the castle courtyard. After the wedding ceremony at St Michael and All Angels in Ledbury, we made our way back to the castle where a fantastic wedding breakfast had been prepared for the newly wed Mr and Mrs, their families friends and guests. Speeches were made, all full of love and warmth for this very happy couple, then afterwards we took the opportunity whilst the wedding guests enjoyed drinks on the terraces to steal Sarah and Dean away for some more photo’s in the grounds of the castle. When the speeches were over and toasts had been made, it was time to celebrate the marriage of Sarah and Dean with music, dancing and laughter, followed by a spectacular fireworks display in the evening at Eastnor Castle, what a fabulous day! Congratulations to Sarah and Dean!
