Countryside wedding in Herefordshire – Jessie & Andy

Enjoy the journey – live like there’s no tomorrow!

We were invited to photograph a beautiful DIY countryside marquee wedding of Jessie and Andy last summer and we absolutely loved everything about this fabulous day! These guys created the perfect atmosphere – everyone had wonderful time and enjoyed every single second! We met Jessie and Andrew in 2015 at their friends wedding in Herefordshire and immediately realised how awesome they were. Last year our paths crossed again when Jessie contacted us to be the photographers at her own wedding. We got together a couple of months later to photograph their engagement session and to discuss the big day in more detail.

The morning arrived and we split up to take photographs of the bride and grooms wedding preparations, we like to capture all those special moments from first thing in the morning to the end of the evening. Jessie was at Andys parents’ home and Andy with groomsmen at Nick’s (his best man) house nearby. Soon it was time to make their way to the St. Bartholomew Church in Munsley for the ceremony with Andy and his groomsmen arriving in a very cool Land Rover and Jessie in a sleek Ford Mustang.

Afterwards, the wedding party, friends and guests made their way back to the marquee for the drinks reception, whilst we stole the newlyweds away for a quick photoshoot in the stunning breathtaking backdrop of West Midlands. The marquee was magnificent with so many hand made wedding decorations and favours, which was where the wedding breakfast was held and speeches given, celebrations continued into the evening in the beautiful gardens where guests relaxed and enjoyed more drinks. Soon it was time for the first dance with Jessie and Andy taking to the floor closely followed by the rest of the party, what a fantastic time was had by all!
