One of the highlights of this stunningly unique wedding venue is their flexible approach. Each wedding is perfectly crafted to the couple’s individual requirements which clearly results in unforgettable wedding experience and life time memories. Dewsall Court is located in the middle of the picturesque Herefordshire countryside at Callow, near Hereford. It is definitely a place we love revisiting time and time again especially considering the fact that we are local wedding photographers. Having such spectacular venue on your door step is truly remarkable – Photographers dream come true! Dewsall Court is a great place for anyone wanting a relaxed, quirky and fun wedding – a peaceful setting with fields, trees and most importantly uncountable photo opportunities.

Wedding Photography Herefordshire

Having shot many Dewsall Court weddings in the past we felt no need to visit the venue prior to Emily and Paul’s special day. We woke up to the most gorgeous weather and as usual we split up to take photographs of the bride and grooms wedding preparations. Emily had chosen to get ready for the day in a beautiful Bridal suite in the main house with all her bridesmaids, whilst Paul was with his groomsmen getting ready in the barn rooms on site. The couple had decided to host both their ceremony and reception at the venue. Dewsall Court is very lucky to have Dewsall Church in it’s grounds. It makes it very convenient for everyone on the day. When the guests had all assembled, Emily made her way down the aisle for the wedding ceremony followed by an amazing confetti tunnel on the way out by the pretty wooden porch. Afterwards, the wedding party, friends and guests made their way back to the gardens for the drinks reception, lawn games and canapés whilst we stole the newlyweds away for a few portraits in the exquisite backdrops of the Herefordshire countryside.

The Wainhouse Barn looked incredibly pretty with so many eco and diy decorations. Bride and Groom paid attention to every single detail and we absolutely fell in love with rustic wedding flower chandeliers and candles combo! What a great idea to give your family and guest a garden-fresh feel during speeches and wedding breakfast. Soon it was time for the first dance with Emily and Paul taking to the floor closely followed by the rest of the party. We also lighted up the night by a rather romantic ‘sparkler send off’! They are absolutely great fun and always a feast for the eye! Especially as a wedding photographer. Once the sun goes down, there’s no better way to crown off the end of a fantastic day – not to mention the amazing photo opportunities that go with it.
