We had a great time photographing Erica and Scott’s pre wedding session in Malvern Hills, Worcestershire. The area is famed for its dramatic hills and for the pure spring water that flows from them, but it offers so much more besides. A rich cultural heritage of forts, castles and priories stands proudly from this landscape of ancient woodland, rolling pastures and wild, open commons.

We decided to take the advantage of so called ‘golden hour’. In photography, the golden hour (sometimes known as magic hour) is a period shortly after sunrise or before sunset during which daylight is redder and softer compared to when the Sun is higher in the sky.

Erica and Scott will exchange their vows in July at How Caple Court. We really look forward to photographing their wedding!
